Move-out procedures
Pecan Grove Apartments is a new apartment community in Holly Springs, North Carolina. The community is only a year old and only has a printed brochure about move-out procedures for their residents in the office. Since many residents will be ending their leases soon, the manager decided that it would be easier to create a move-out procedures video and upload it to the community’s website for easier access to residents. Learners will view a video detailing the move-out procedures for Pecan Grove Apartments. The video will serve to:
1. Inform residents of move-out procedures.
2. Explain the move-out letter and what it includes.
3. Explain the move-out walkthrough process.

Meg's SMile FOundation
Meg's Smile Foundation is a 501 c3 charitable organizational based in Holly Springs, North Carolina. They provide special days out or gifts to children, teens, and young adults affected by serious illnesses who live in North Carolina or who are treated in North Carolina hospitals. Their mission is to bring smiles to the faces of these children and their families while they are going through a very long and emotional journey.
