An INtroduction to Growth Mindset

Purpose: This course was designed to benefit employees of corporations that are understaffed and/or have low employee morale. In this specific training module, learners discover what fixed and growth mindset are as well as how to change from a fixed to a growth mindset.  The goal of the course is to ensure that employees employ a growth mindset in the workplace to ultimately have more positive interactions with customers.

Plantar Fascia - A Pain in the heel

Purpose:  Teachers and other staff members in Wake County school systems have 

been suffering from undiagnosed heel pain for many years. This course is 

intended for those trying to learn about what the plantar fascia is, what 

plantar fasciitis is, and how to prevent plantar fascia pain.
